Generate Prompt

Create random prompts automatically using the prompt generator. This tool combines words from different categories to create natural-sounding prompts for your AI art.

Automatic Prompt Generation

Click the magic wand button to generate a random prompt using words from different categories like presentation, emotion, subject, and more. The generator creates natural-sounding sentences by combining selected categories with appropriate connectors.

How it works:

  • Random Selection: When "Randomize Prompts" is enabled, the generator randomly selects 2-5 categories to include
  • Natural Language: Connectors like "wearing", "with", "is", "at" are automatically added to create readable sentences
  • Subject Always Included: The "Subject" category is always included to ensure your prompt has a main focus
  • Customizable: Use the settings panel to control which categories are available for generation

Prompt Settings

Configure your prompt generation preferences and add custom parameters to your prompts.

Categories

Choose which categories to include in your generated prompts. Only selected categories will be used, and connectors appear when relevant categories are present to create natural English sentences.

Available Categories:

  • 🎲 Randomize Prompts: Automatically select random categories for each generation
  • Presentation: Camera angles, art mediums, and composition styles
  • Subject: Main character or object (always included)
  • Appearance: Physical characteristics
  • Clothing: Outfits and attire
  • Pose: Body position and stance
  • Setting: Location and environment
  • Emotion: Mood and emotional state
  • Lighting: Lighting conditions
  • Style: Overall artistic style
  • Details: Specific effects and elements

Suffix

Add custom text to the end of your prompts. This won't be cleared or updated when you generate new prompts, so you can lock in specific parameters here.

The suffix is positioned between the end of the prompt text and the beginning of parameters, making it perfect for adding to either part of the prompt. Just remember that parameters should be used after text descriptors.

Common Suffix Examples:

  • {sunny, night} - Permutations
  • --s 750 - Set style strength
  • --c 100 --weird 10 - Set other special parameters like Chaos or Weird

Aspect Ratio

Choose the aspect ratio for your generated images. This setting is automatically included in your prompts as --ar X:Y.

Available Ratios:

  • 1:1 (Default): Square format
  • 4:5: Instagram Post format
  • 2:3: Pinterest Pin format
  • 3:4: Phone Photo format
  • 3:2: Older Photo format
  • 5:4: Facebook Group Cover Photo
  • 4:3: Legacy Video format
  • 1.91:1: Facebook Ad format
  • 2:1: Account Header format
  • 16:9: YouTube Thumbnail format
  • 9:16: Reels format
  • Custom: Enter your own ratio (e.g., 3:4, 5:7, 1.5:1)

Frequently Asked Questions

What are style codes?

Style codes (SREFs) are numerical identifiers that represent specific visual styles in AI art generation. They can be combined to create unique artistic effects.

How do I use the generated prompts?

Copy the generated prompt and paste it into your AI art tool (like NijiJourney or Midjourney). The prompt will include your selected style codes with their weights.

What's the difference between Niji 6 and Midjourney 7?

NijiJourney 6 is optimized for anime-style art, while Midjourney 7 is for general AI art. Each has its own collection of style codes. Both models can be used through either bot if creating on Discord.

How do weights work?

Weights control the influence of style codes and promptlets in multi-prompts. Only their proportion matters, not absolute values—1::2 works the same as 5::10. The default weight is 1. Weights may be disabled or unpredictable in newer models.

Can I share my favorites with others?

Yes! Use the Export Favorites feature to save your favorites to a file, then share the file with others who can import it using the Import Favorites feature.

Is PrompterAid free to use?

Yes, PrompterAid is completely free to use. All features are available without any cost or registration required.
